1. Scope and Subject of the Contract

The subject of the agreement is the provision of digital learning content, including video lessons, text materials, and interactive tasks. Participation requires acceptance of these terms.

2. Rights and Obligations of Participants

Participants undertake to use the course content exclusively for personal use. Distribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of the materials is prohibited without written permission.

• Registration for a course is binding and entitles the participant to use the respective program for the specified duration.
• Participants are themselves responsible for the security of their access data.
• In the event of violations of these obligations, we reserve the right to immediately exclude the participant from the course.

3. Scope of Services and Changes

We endeavor to offer the courses as described. Changes to the content or structure are reserved, provided they do not significantly impair the overall benefit of the program. Participation in the courses is at your own risk. We assume no liability for any successes or failures in the personal development process.

4. Payment Terms and Withdrawal

The course fees are due before the start of the program. Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card. If you are not satisfied, you can declare withdrawal within 14 days after the course start; in this case, we will refund the full amount minus a processing fee of 15%.

After the 14-day period has expired, withdrawal is excluded. In the event of payment default, we reserve the right to block access to the course.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by our gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it involves injury to life, limb, or health. We assume no responsibility for indirect damages or lost profits.

The content of the courses serves general further education and does not replace professional advice on psychological or medical issues.

6. Termination of Use

Use ends upon completion of the booked course or in the event of early withdrawal. We may terminate use at any time without notice if a participant violates these terms. In the event of termination by us, there is no claim for a refund of the course fees.

After termination, all access data must be destroyed and the materials deleted.

7. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Participants will be informed of material changes by email. If no objection is raised to the amended version within 14 days, it is deemed accepted. In the event of an objection, use of the course ends at the next possible date.
